Our History
Executive Coatings and Contracting began operations in the Denver area in 1994. Clients quickly learned that unlike many contractors, we were reliable, easy to do business with and stood by our work. Our obsession with quality, service and fair pricing has earned us praise and enthusiastic references from our clients since our very beginnings.
Today, Executive Coatings and Contracting is one of the largest Multi-Family Renovation Contractor in the Western U.S. Our operations span over 10 states, and are directed from our Denver Headquarters, with field offices in Colorado Springs, Seattle and San Jose.

Our growth remains steady as industry owners and managers throughout the country learn about our renovation services, as a good portion of our business comes from enthusiastic referrals from our existing clientele. Our People
If there’s anything we’re prouder of than our work, it’s our people. Most of our management and support staff have been with Executive Coatings for many years; several have been here from our beginnings in 1994. There’s a good reason for it, too.
